Post brownies. Really. It can be done! For a small, remote-working charity, it builds a sense of engagement and community for staff and contractors. For birthdays. For celebrations. For feeling down. For any reason!!

And ALWAYS baked goods at in-person meetings. (Which often gets us that extra 30 minutes in a meeting room without paying for it in workspaces when you have 'extras' for the desk staff....) And if we're meeting remotely, then you can bake a brownie in a tin and post it, large letter. Eat it with a spoon. And bask in the love and goodwill.

I love this idea! I work fully remotely and tbh I don’t think it’s for me longer term. I’m a people person and really miss office interactions. We’ve got an in person fundraising team meeting and organisation carol service next month and I can’t wait!

Yes! I'm just back from having coffee with a colleague (at a favourite local cafe) which was heaven! Also, if we're mainly home based, it means we have more creativity when it comes to choosing venues for face to face catch ups - instead of assuming we'll see people in the office, we have to make an effort to find new meeting venues (Chococo in Exeter was a regular meeting spot when I did a piece of work for Devon Air Ambulance a few years back).
